I normally sleep on my left side but i tend to wake up and ive moved to my back while sleeping. When i lay on my left side the hip im laying on starts to hurt uncomfortably and i think thats why im changing positions. I keep hearing sleeping on your back is bad so i need some suggestions on what i can do to help. Ive tried my right side but i tend to feel like i cant breathe when i lay that way. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
