Omg guys I order two dresses looked really different in person from the ones that I seen on their website, and the other one I order black and they sent me plum color. I have returned them and only gave me a credit back for 30 when everything was 50$ including 6$ for shipping. I been trying to get a hold of them but they never answer, I have left several messages and they haven't got back to me. I've also sent multiple email and nothing their customer service is so bad. After this I have looked up on line for reviews and I'm not the first one that this has happened to.  Then I got an email from help@fashionnova.com asking for my order number and all the info. So I decided to send a msg to fashion nova thru IG and they told me that that's not a valid email. It's a scam!!!  But IG people cant help me they just told me to send them and email and they provide me with the right email witch is the email that I been messaging for the rest of my money. Or at least send the right color to me! I'm just so upset I'm not the first one that this has happened to so Before you guys order stuff online just look at reviews please.
