acne after getting off the pill
I stopped taking birth control 3 months ago, and acne started appearing all over my face, then the neck, and then the chest.
I never had any acne in my life, only when I stop taking the pill.
I don't want to take birth control again (after 7 years), and my face looks so bad! I feel so uncomfortable when people look and talk to me! Does someone know about the problem and know how to prevent this hormonal acne?! Thanks!!!
