sleep regression????

Everyone is talking about the 4 month sleep regression, my daughter never got it. She will be 5 months on Wednesday and i havent had any trouble with her sleep. Is that good? Lol

My son will be 5 months on Thursday & thankfully also hasn't gone through this! He sleeps 10-12 hours a night & I am loving it lol so fingers crossed it stays this way.

For my daughter she just went to bed 2 hrs later and skipped her naps for a few weeks. We got lucky that once she was down for the night, she was out, no waking up.

My baby sleeps 9-10 hours straight. But last week, she was waking up once a night for a bottle and knocking back out. I was like, if this is sleep regression then I don't mind it. Didn't last long because she's back to sleeping through the night. Guess we got lucky.

Depends on when she was born in comparison to her due date. If she was early then the time of the sleep regression stage will be affected. Sleep regression at 4 months is due to a developmental growth spurt, so it's more based on developmental age than biological age

Same here! My daughter will be 5 months on Tuesday and she has still been sleeping her usual 8-9 hours a night. I mean I know it can still possibly happen, but I'm hoping we just got lucky and skipped it all together!! She had one bad night/day due to teething and I about lost my mind. I couldn't imagine her doing it for weeks🙈

Lol I jynxed myself saying that! My lo was sleeping great 6 or 7 hour stretches every night. He just turned 20 weeks and he's up every 1 to 3 hours now :( hopefully yours will skip it!
