Hard to detect my fertile window.

I don't get stable menstruation cycle. Sometimes it's late, sometimes it's early to come. I had my first drop last february 1, 2017 and march 6, 2017. And for this month of april, i had my first drop today. 😶 Can someone advice me on what to do?. There's no fertility specialist here (philippines). Only OB-Gyne's. Getting to depressed in conceiving
