PP Bleeding

So I had a C-section on 3-24. While at the hospital I had extremely heavy bleeding and huge clots. I went home 2 days later 3-26 and my bleeding had lightened a ton and was just like a period and got darker red instead of bright. Well now yesterday 3-31 I noticed it got worse again. I'm bleeding a lot more and starting to have small clots again. Also I ended up with a huge bruise (not blue but red) across my lower belly right above my incision that spread bigger after a day or two and that part of my belly is numb. I am a ftm so I've never gone through anything like this and wanted to see if anyone had anything similar or thinks I should be concerned? My doctor's office is closed and I'd like to know opinions before just going to the hospital. Thanks
