told my students I'm having a baby
I teach k-12 since I'm an art teacher. It was interesting seeing the different reactions. Mostly the bigger ones don't really care I'm sure, other than I told them bc "I will really need your help around here when cleaning up". I did mention my lower back is really bothering me, which is no lie, it is! It's actually more of my tailbone. But anyway the elementary students all love the idea, all touching my belly.
The advantage I'm using? "The baby has ears now and even though you can't hear it, it can hear you! So we need to keep our voices down". 😬 it's working. Well then again, it's only been two days. Let's seen if next week they remember.
