Best "freezer pad"
I'm due with my first baby in about 3 weeks and just stocked up on pads for post-birth bleeding. I've heard you can put some things on pads and then freeze them to help with recovery, but I'm not sure what things to use.
Does anything have a good "recipe" for what to put on the pads before freezing?
