Hey loves i have a few questions! Im a beginner so i just go based off what i read in books, websites, etc. I'm a stay at home mom so he does breastfeed about 8 times a day.

How long is breastmilk good when i go out when i store them in my diaper bag with the freezer bags? How do you loves store them when you go out? Whats the best way to store them when going out? 

How long do you ladies pump for? Is there a certain schedule you ladies have? & how long after thawing milk is it still good for? If you have any other tips feel free to comment please! ❤️
