IUD Hellllpppp

So, with the Mirena, this month my period was 12 days late. I spotted once on the 26th brown blood, the same the 27th & the 28th. Just once a day, now since yesterday, I started lightly bleeding. Not enough to waste a tampon for. What does this mean? Is it normal? Am I pregnant AGAIN?! Lol.
