positive or not?

So, I took a cheap meijer brand preg test which was extremely faint (one of those squint really hard and I can see a blue line) (within the time frame for testing) and with the same urine took a digital clear blue pregnant test. That test said not pregnant but when I took it apart there were two lines! The entire reason I bought the digital clear is becuase the dip stick is sensitive. So question is, after looking at the picture below. (Top test is meijer and bottom test is the digital one) what does everyone think!
