18 day old won't sleep anywhere but on me day and night

Has anyone had a newborn that was the same way and have any tips on what worked for them? I'm going to buy a Graco dreamglider so she can sleep while being rocked and see if that helps any but she just wants to be held 24/7. I love it but can't get anything done at all. FTM here
