Be Done or Keep Trying?

I can finally admit that i love this guy i have been dealing with for almost a year now & i told him that i still had feelings for him but all he said was that he knew and that he was thinking about us and how we'd turn out. i asked what ge meant and he didnt realond. we have argued a lot in the past and i just want to be with him finally, what should i do?
