IVF- questions?

I am so confused about the IVF process. I know my doctor walked me through it but I feel like my brain has just erased all information. What happens if the egg does not implant? How long until we can try again with a FET? What happens if we run out of frozen, do we then have to pay for a second round of IVF? If it's male factor infertility, it will be more successful then if I had issues? (Sorry if that sounds insensitive). My brain is spinning.

If the embryo doesn't implant it just absorbs. It's microscopic

Depends on the doctor for fet. Mine would let me do one the cycle after a failure.

Of course if you run out you'd need to pay for another cycle...I don't really understand that question. Sometimes you'll do a ctcje and get no embryos and there is no transfer. Then if you want to try again you pay for a new cycle
