My fiance and I have been trying to conceive for a little over a year. We went to a specialist and he has high sperm morphology so he only has 5% of normal sperm. We need to make an appointment with a fertility clinic to see what our options are. I have 2 wonderful boys from a previous relationship and he loves them like his own but we really want more kids together. We don't really have the money for the other options so do we try the best we can with the options given to us or do we just not worry about it and focus on the 2 kids we already have?
