When did you start looking pregnant?

I'm still in that stage where I'm showing yet bloated and people probably can't tell the difference. When did you start looking pregnant rather than just bloated (yes I know everyone is different but I'm just curious)

Literally only started looking pregnant this week 35weeks, my next door neighbor literally asked me where i have been hiding my stomach this whole time, she didnt know i was pregnant until yesterday

With my first 30 weeks 
2nd 6 weeks (twins lost one)
3rd 10 weeks.

I'm 23 weeks with my second and I have no bump. Even the people that know I'm pregnant cannot tell at all. I started showing with my first maybe around 28 weeks.

With my 1st it was around 15-20 weeks. I'm pregnant with my 2nd and only 7 weeks but I'm mega bloated this time around so I suspect way eailer this time. I have been wearing oversized clothes bc the bloat is so obvious and people will notice.
