So confused as what's going on.

I have been on the pill for about 5 years, about 3 months ago I went off it as my partner and I are ttc, I had my period straight after i stopped the pill and then I had a regular period one month after. Now I'm 2 weeks late for this period, negative tests, testing every couple of days. I'm feeling no Period symptoms, a week ago I had sore nipples, now I'm just feeling tired, bloated and yuck in the stomach, I'm going to have a blood test tomorrow and talk to my gp, anyone else had similar problems? What was the outcome?
