Just wondering! Because I don't do anything except wash my face with water because cleanser and stuff makes me breakout :)

Just wash my face twice a day.

I cleanse with a cream cleanser, timer then moisturise. 
I exfoliate about 3 times a week in the shower. 
My skin is awful at the moment. I'm 38 and it's hormonal madness!!! I never had bad spots even as a teenager. Horrible. It knocks my confidence big time.
