45 and pregnant naturally!

Ladies it is possible to get pregnant naturally with help of a ovulation predictor and using preseed at our age. I may have lost the baby though, because I had bleeding and cramps and a tissue like cloth that came out while using the bathroom. I went to ER and Doctor thank I may still be pregnant. There is a test that I need to be repeated on Monday and if the numbers on that test doesn't double then its most likely I lost the baby. I'm very scared to find out. Although, deep down I think I miscarried. Does anyone else have similar experience? I had been bleeding since the tissue incident and the bleeding has gotten less and the cramps are gone. Please keep me in your prayers. I wanted this baby more than anything
