BMI 32 - Anyone who was overweight pre-pregnancy?

Question

I just found out I'm pregnant! I tried over the last year to loose weight, but wasn't very successful. I feel like a healthy person & I love myself, but I'm looking for others who know more about being overweight in early pregnancy. Things I should know?
I do know my mom had gestational diabetes...

I am 5'4", 175 lbs. My BMI is 30, so I am also obese. I lost almost 40 pounds before becoming pregnant because I was concerned about health issues during pregnancy, especially gestational diabetes and preeclampsia. But being obese isn't a guarantee of health issues during pregnancy! Just eating healthfully and regular exercise are all we can do at this point!

I am considered obese.  I have been a bigger girl forever!!! The BMI is crap if you ask me mine is something like 34.  I just try to eat better when I am pregnant and keep active.  This pic was ugly sweater day at work in Dec of last year.   I don't think I look horrible and I refuse to get stuck on a number.

my BMI is 30.. but my youngest baby is almso 15 months so i havent been able to loos ANY baby weight.. Before my 2016 baby my bmi was 26

I'm obese and was on my first one. I didn't get GD despite being tested. I still have a high BMI but I'm a lot fitter this time and I'm hoping it helps. I got high blood pressure and was induced the last time. I'm hoping this time I can avoid that with better fitness and a little lighter starting weight
