help please?

So I had sex on the 9th day of my cycle, and he put the condom on backwards at first but he said he wiped it off and he swore up and down there wasn't precum. I was too nervous so we only went for a bit and then we just stopped before he even came because I was too nervous. Now it's the 32nd day of my cycle. (I usually do start later in my cycle) and the app says I'm a day late now. But I've been having all my normal period symptoms for a few days now but no period? I'm super freaked out about it and I don't know what to do.
