So it's my first period after the depo shot (is been 7 months ) what do I do now ??? Ttc!

Log your periods & get yourself familiar with ovulation tests, I was also logging symptoms when I was due AF etc, around ovulation I was checking cervical mucus. I promised myself I wouldn't do that but I did!

Start taking folic acid every day it's so cheap, eat healthy foods and relax! I was mindful of everything I was doing and when I was ovulating etc but I didn't stress over it at all. After sex I held my legs up too and got caught the first cycle doing that! Wether it does actually help I'm not sure. Best of luck
