What are some pros and cons of baby wrap slings like the Moby baby wrap carriers?

I have a Solly Wrap. Loved it.

Once my LO hit 16-20 lbs though it was too stretchy. Switched to a ring sling and SCC. Love my Tula!!

The main complaints I've heard about the Moby in particular is that it can get really warm and that it can be hard to figure out initially (there are lots of helpful YouTube tutorials though). In general, I wouldn't say there are really any cons to most carriers or slings, if used correctly! I started off using the baby k'tan because it was simple, then moved on to other styles of carriers.
