Can anyone tell me what this is on my LO face? My theory is it's either eczema or linked to not being able to have dairy from formula. I EBF for the first month, but introduced formula from a latch problem one night and I didn't want to go into my frozen stash. I just returned to work and she goes to the daycare up there with me. She doesn't seemed too bother by it, only when her face is dry. That's when she gets to scratching. I think it's bothering me more than her honestly. I need help!! 

(I'm still breastfeeding her btw. I just supplement with formula from time to time, she had the normal baby acne before I intufuced her to it.)
