baby registry?

Anyone already creating a baby registry anywhere!? I keep looking at things on amazon I want.. so I feel like it would be super helpful to just start one so I can keep a running list of things I want/need. But then again I'm only 12 weeks and I think people will think im crazy. 😂

I did mine on amazon and made it private. I just wanted a place to keep track of what we needed or wanted.

Yes!!! We had a snow day in DC recently and instead of being productive, I created our gender-neutral baby registry :-)

I started my registry when we started trying🙈😂 I haven't been super organized with it but I've used BabyList, not sure if it'll make the cut for the long haul. But then I have Babies R Us and Target!

Babylist. I have it set to private and am using it mostly as a wish list and shopping list right now.

I thought that BabyList was nice too. You can add things from anywhere and import your list if you create one at a store. I also like how it gives your guests the option on where to buy from ... it provides the prices from 3 places. 
It did make returns a little more difficult since I am not one that holds on to receipts.  Unlike a store registry when I took something back they didn't have a record that it was from my registry. 
(I'm on baby #2, so I use this 2 years ago). 
I don't think it's too early. Do it while you have the time, energy, and excitement!

Yes I have one on amazon as well for the same reason. Just make it private and then when it's closer you can make it public and no one will ever know you had it sooner haha.

When it's private, no one can find it even by searching your name. (Yes, I tested it).

But yea it's the best way in my opinion to keep a list of what you'll need. Amazon is great too because you can add stuff from any website.

I started one at the Babies R Us... you actually get 10% off for anything purchased off the registry up to like 90 days post delivery (or something like that, double check with your store)
Anyway, I decided to start scanning for things I may not be purchasing now but in the future, since I'm guaranteed this discount at the time of purchase!
 It's a nice way to shop now, without spending money! 😉
