I can't take a dump to save my life. If mankind depended on me to poop we'd all be dead.
I'm 13 weeks. Can someone give me advice because I feel like I've tried everything outside of sticking a vacuum hose up there and praying for the best.
I feel like dying 😫
**update** I drank 10oz of magnesium citrate. That did the trick.
