Annoyed with my body!!

So I have irregular periods and have recently been on mine for two weeks straight. And Friday It finally ended so Sunday I went to do the deed with my hubby well to my luck after we both finished I noticed blood on my legs and on him ?.. If I was offy period for two whole days how did it just start again?? Does this Happen to anyone else is it normal ?..
