Let me tell my story. The first time I had sex it didnt hurt that bad but it still hurt enough to cause me to be uncomfortable. The pain don't last long but another reason my first time didn't hurt much at all is because my ex has a small penis but when I first had sex with my fiancé it hurt and he actually made me bleed but it does easy the pain if you use lubricated condoms.

What I'm saying is it depends on the size and if you use lube or a lubricatd condom

It depends. Mine didn't hurt that much at all honestly. It bled for a few hours but other than that he was gentle and it didn't hurt

Not necessarily. If you're relaxed and well-lubricated, that'll help a great deal. Some discomfort is to be expected. These muscles haven't been used before unless you've experienced penetration via sex toys / fingers, etc. however these aren't the same. Long story short, it doesn't always hurt, but it can.
