Travel system yes or no?

Question

I dont know if i should get a travel system or should i get seperate infant car seat and stroller? Also if i should get them seperate, what stroller would you recommend?

I love our gracco admiral travel system. It handles well and the one click thing is super simple. Plus it grows with baby. The infant insert could be better though, sometimes I'd use rolled cloths to keep her head from drooping too much when she didn't have head control. It is bulky though, not sure I'd love it as much if I didn't have the suv to load it into.

We have a diono radian and a mamas and papas urbo 2. Young babies shouldn't spend too long in their car seats so I have no problem taking her out of the car and into her carrycot when she's here. I did the same with ds2 but had an infant carrier that he hated and would scream for entire car journeys.

I love the chicco keyfit car seat!  Best for newborns and babies hands down. I love the bob stroller. Many strollers are compatable  with the chicco keyfit car seat. The bob stroller has an attachment bar that you buy separately so the car seat can click in and be stable. It's one of the only strollers that you can navagate with one hand when it's completely full and heavy.

I prefer a convertible seat. Infant seats are grown out of pretty quickly for most babies and the strollers that come with most travel systems are a bit on the cheap side. We invested in a good seat that would last several years and a stroller with bigger rubber wheels.

For my husband and I, we figured the travel system was more cost efficient. We purchased the britax b-agile travel system. It has been a really great stroller and infant car seat. We had to switch our son into a bigger car seat because he is growing so fast! Lol.
