I have horrible nausea! I never got morning sickness with my son so I don't know how to help it besides medicine which I haven't gone to doctor yet (I'm only 4 weeks) and just found out yesterday. Please help!!! Don't say crackers because the thought of food makes me wanna vomit. I heard morning sickness was a sign of twins, is that true?
