37 weeks 5 days - reduced baby movement, swelling in fingers, hands face and ankles. cramping

early morning around 4am ish i had really bad cramping. So went too pee and came back, drank some water and layed back down. The cramping went down eventually and went back to sleep. Woke up around 5:30am again and noticed baby is not making any movements, so i thought she must be sleeping, started poking the stomach but didnt get any response. Baby started moving around 6:15am but very little movements. Hands, fingers have been extremely swollen with numbness and tightness in fingers. Face is slightly swollen along with ankles. Lot of jelly and stringy yellow/white discharge. Back aches as well. Baby is moving but not as active.. has anyone experienced this before? What should i do?
