My current workplace doesn't promote that type of culture and luckily I surround myself with good people. I'm sure it might come up with the next organization I work for but I know how to handle it.

I think it's trendy to be this die hard feminist right now. And although I'm very aware of sexism and it definitely happens (and something I've experienced myself), I think some women look for a reason to be upset, and might over analyze- looking to call shit sexist.
