I had my IUD put in earlier this week, and the doctor told me it was immediately effective. So me and bf have been having sex, and at the beginning of having sex it's always really sensitive at my cervix where it wasn't before. Is that normal? I mean I guess it is because my cervix was literally clamped open during the procedure but just want to check if any of you guys experienced that too? Does it eventually 'heal' and go away?
