5 weeks

Just found out I'm pregnant with second child. Haven't went to doctor yet but I'm pretty sure after 5 positive test it's a given. Another thing I can't get off my mind is my sister is getting married in October and I'm maid of honor, dress wise when I order should I go up a size and just pray it fits? Help!!! I haven't even told her I'm pregnant yet lol
