membrane sweep
Just had my 39 week appointment where the doctor told me I am 2cm and 90% effaced with baby at a -2 station. A week ago I was 1.5cm 50% and -3 station so there's progress! She stripped my membranes after the cervical check now my back and lower belly are crampy so here's to keeping things going! Any advice??
