Trying to naturally induce labor! after membrane sweep this morning... for anyone that wants to follow..

Ok, So I had my 2nd membrane sweep done this morning at 11AM. Went to the mall for about an hour of walking and baby shopping 😊. Came home and had an all organic pineapple and date smoothie (8dates, pineapple core, pineapple juice, cinnamon, ice and almond milk). Now im bouncing on my yoga ball for about an hour or so and will try and use my breast pump after. If anyone wants to follow my post and has any advice or wants to share their experiences, feel free!
