yeast infection? or just irritation from shaving

It doesn't burn when I pee but I have a thick clumpy white discharge, mild vagina itching, swollen lips, & im sure there's a cut down there cause I wiped and saw blood. My vagina isn't dry like an yeast infection, I can still get horny, just irritated labia and clit. What do you think? This is also two days after I shaved
