HPA Lanolin while breatfeeding?

My nipples have been cracked and swollen since the day I started feeding my baby. My baby is a week old and I need to know if its safe to use this Lanolin Cream on my nipples?
Im a first time mom and don't know if this cream would have some side effects on my baby, I know the cream bottle says that it doesnt have to be removed prior to bf.

I hate lanolin! It doesn't help me at all and it feels gross lol I commented this to my friend who had recently had her baby in January. She recommended MOTHERLOVE NIPPLE CREAM.

I used bamboobies nipple balm, it worked way better for me

It's perfectly fine and I've found that even if you run some of your breast milk around your nipple when babies done eating it helps heal cracked nipples as well as babies lips if they're chapped!
