I'm worried that because I'm overweight I won't be able to carry my baby? :(

So I'm overweight. I'm classes as obese with a bmi of 36. I'm quite short and have a huge belly!!! It hangs really low. I look at my tummy and I wonder how an earth will I carry my baby? I'm 6 weeks and petrified I'm going to miscarry. I'm posting this a anonymously because I'm sure I'll get some hate and worry I'm being really stupid!!!!!
I had a miscarriage so everything panics me.

One miscarriage doesn't mean you'll have another one, it's pretty common to have a miscarriage. Having multiple miscarriages is a sign that you may need help.

You may end up in a higher risk pregnancy category because of your weight, but your body knows what to do.

You'll be fine! You probably won't gain much, if any weight, as you carry the baby.

First relax stressing and worrying won't help you any at all. Breath it'll be ok yes it might put you at a risk but it doesn't mean you won't carry your baby to term plenty of women do it and continue to do it. Stay strong

I will be praying you feel more relaxed. The woman's body really is incredible and able to become and stay pregnant at many sizes. I would just keep track of anything your doc says to do to make the pregnancy smoother 👍

My bmi is higher than yours is and has been that way with all my pregnancies. I've had healthy babies and I've been pretty healthy with each. Relax and enjoy this special time
