The only reason it could not be safe is if the place your going to does not clean their stuff and you contract something. I'm getting mine done this week and I'm pregnant. Not worried I'm going to a shop I always go to.

I had gel manicures done my entire last pregnancy. Had a very healthy pregnancy and a very healthy baby. Just make sure you go somewhere that's well ventilated.

If you let them know you are pregnant they will give you one of those masks to wear.
