BC for three months
Hey guys...
I'm moving out for an internship across the country that's only three months long but my parents are worried that I need birth control while I go since I have been sexually active (been almost two years).
I don't want to get a non hormonal IUD cause I don't want heavier periods and major cramps or any injuries (it expels itself or it perforated my uterine wall) to distract me.
I am going to get it when I get back but for now I just want a few months on the pill. Is that a bad idea?
Once I come back I'll go off of the pill and get my IUD.
