nervous first time mom.

Took a test on march 25th and got a positive, then went to the hospital a day later for a work note, and they did a test confirmed the pregnancy, was having pains in my right side so they did some ultrasounds (both kinds) and it was still to early to see anything. I don't have insurance yet, so I'm waiting to go to the actual doctors, scared something is wrong /: just doesn't feel real and it doesn't help it being to early to have seen anything..  according to the app I'm about 5w6d
