What size diapers???? (based on experience)

Question

Starting to buy diapers and I need to know how many I should have of each size? I know it really depends on baby's weight/size but based on some of your experiences... how many newborns and size 1's will I need? How long (in months?) did you use those sizes for your baby?

My son was over 9 pounds and never fit into newborns. He wore size 1 until about 2 months old. 
He was in size 4 at 6 months. My son is a tank.

My son was born at 9lbs. I used newborn size for three weeks (used a box and a half and one box is 168 count I think). I put him in "ones" that lasted until about 2 months(I used a box and a half). He is now is "twos" and will be four months in a couple weeks (I've already bought three boxes).

From my own experience my baby girl was newborn size for two weeks then size one until a month & half and since 10 weeks she's been a size 2 she will be 3 months on the 13. She left me a whole box of newborn diapers and she only used 2 boxes of size one.

I cant tell you how many or how long .Because each baby is different and grow different.  But I can say that you should buy. Size #3 more alot of babies stay in that  size more time.
