How do you carry your baby?

This could be a dumb question. But how do you carry your baby? Your newborn? Do you carry them in their car seat? Do you use a baby carrier like a wrap? For example, when you go for checkups at the hospital or go to Walmart for errands, do you use a stroller + car seat combo or do you use a carrier?

Grocery Store + shopping : carrier [ergo baby]

If he falls asleep in the car I'll leave him in the car seat but throw the carrier in the basket to the stroller in case he wakes up and wants to be carried

It depends. Wearing my daughter was way easier when we were doing major grocery shopping, and also during doctor's appointments. If we were just running in somewhere, it was easier to just put her seat in the main part of the basket.

I don't baby wear because I'm a bigger girl and am afraid to buy one and it Not fit. We leave her in her car seat and tote her around. If we're at target or something the car seat goes in the cart so we don't have to carry. If I go to the mall it's the seaf/stroller.

We used the car seat at the doctor's and restaurants. Otherwise we wore him.

Depends. Grocery shopping I use a carrier because there's no room for the stroller in my trunk if we wanna fit groceries.

Anywhere else, it depends how long of a trip it's going to be and who's with me. For example, if I'm just running into Walmart for shampoo, I don't wanna unfold and get the stroller together. I'll either carry him or use the baby carrier.

When we go to ththe doctors I usually go alone as my husband works, so we use the stroller so I don't have to carry my diaper bag too.
