You need to chart your entire cycle. There isn't much data to read here. My biggest piece of advice for you, is DO NOT read into your chart mid cycle. Log your temp each morning, and forget it. There's not much to interpret mid cycle or with individual temps. It's the overall chart pattern that's important. xo

You should really try to start chatting from the day of your first period or shortly after. BBT only work to confirm ovulation is you have accurate (ie taken at the same time very day. Ideally as soon as you wake up and before you do anything else) temperatures for the majority of (if not for your entire) cycle.

The reason for this are a follows:
After ovulation, our base body temperature (ie our temperature at rest) rises by a few tenths of a degree. This shift in temperature, is sustained for a few days, confirms that we have ovulated - usually on the day before the first higher temperature in the pattern of higher temperature. Basically what you want to see over your whole cycle is two phases: 1) lower temps on average (pre ovulation) and 2) noticeable higher temperatures (post ovulation). This is often called "bi-phasic"

This is a comparative study. You need to have a record of your pre-ovulation temperatures in order to know whether your temperature is higher.

Therefore without your temperatures before day 14 of your cycle, the chart you have made will tell you very little.

Ultimately, you need to chart your next cycle from the start. The. Hopefully you will be able to confirm ovulation and possibly see a pattern that may (and only may) suggest you were successful in conceiving that cycle

Try to take heart. Be encouraged by your start on this journey of understanding your body. It's very empowering. If you aren't pregnant this cycle you can start again with guns blazing next cycle!

Trying not to be pessimistic but I'm finding it quite difficult at the moment.

Shouldn't my temp be higher after ovulation? I'm waiting for that sudden dip for implantation and I'm driving myself mad with how impatient I am.

I feel like I'm coming down with some sort of lurgy, and my cramping feels super off to me? This is the most frustrating part ever; the two week wait is excruciating!
