threw up on my boyfriend

Okay so I was super drunk and in the mood  I told him to come and pick me up so we can you know (do the do) fast forward to when we got back to his place I began to give him oral everything was fine and great until he stood up and pushed his penis to the back of my throat ( the first time he did I was fine) but the second time I threw up all over him! I was so embarrassed and I haven't spoken to him in like 2 days, I was wondering where do I go from here lol like has this ever happened to anyone before? P.S he was super cool about it he cleaned it up and told me that it was okay but I just feel really bad! Another question should I go and buy him a mattress pad? Or would that be weird?
