Went in for my first u/s thinking I was 7 weeks 4 days based on lmp, come to find out they predict I'm on 5 weeks 6 days. Fine. But they found gestational sac with no yolk sac or fetal pole. Said it could just be too early but also that they fear a blighted ovum. My day went from so excited to extremely deflated. Got a blood test done later in the day but have not heard results yet.  I want to stay positive but also prepare for the worst. Any words of wisdom??
