7 weeks pregnant such sore head!! any ideas how to get rid of it?

Put some Vics vapor rub in your nostrils or under your nose, put some on the pressure points behind your ears. Take some Tylenol.

I'm currently off from work today with a migraine that's been here straight for 24 hours but on and off for a while. Mine is very sinus related. So usually a Benadryl and two tylenol will help but this one that's not working. I'm using peppermint oil (I have it on a cotton ball and I wave it under my nose to smell it) and ice packs on my head. But mostly when it's this bad lots of water and rest.
