spotting?

Hi. I am 6 weeks and I guess I am spotting is that normal? I always thought spotting was a lil bit here and there of spots but I am not sure and that's not what I have. It's not a flow or anything and it's brown and pink and I'm not cramping or anything I'm just concerned and paranoid. Has anyone else experienced this and how long did it last?

I had the same. Started spotting at 5w 3D and it freaked me out so bad ! Called my dr she said that as long as I don't fill up a pad within an hour it is considered 'normal'. So far I only spot when I wipe, nothing on pad. She also put me on pelvic rest for a week and to take it easy until it stops 😊

I had spotting on and off between six and nine weeks. If freaked me out and my dr got me in for an ultra sound for a peace of mind even tho she wasn't concerned like at all. She said it's normal to spot brown or pink. It's old stuff that the baby is getting rid of because it doesn't need it. As long as it's not a lot and bright red and cramping a lot she said it was fine. But you can always call your dr. They will usually get you in. My dr even lets me email her.
