heavy bleeding and clots with no pain

I Am 5 weeks and 3 days and this morning I started bleeding. No pain or cramps at all but there are def clots in the bleeding. Any one have any insight on this? I am on vacation and won't be back until Sunday so I don't even know if I should call my dr or just try to relax and not let it bother me because I have no pain I've read about this happening to people and they've been fine!
